Major Gifts Officer

Encompassing three medical centers and 11 individual group practices around the area, Lahey Clinic is one of the largest providers of comprehensive healthcare services in New England. Our main campus, located in Burlington, is comprised of an ambulatory care center serving more than 3,000 patients each day, a 317 bed  hospital and Level II Trauma Center.  Lahey Clinic is consistently ranked among the best hospitals in the country in U. S. News and World Report’s “America’s Best Hospitals.”

Last year, Lahey celebrated the completion of its largest capital campaign, raising over $135,000,000 for expanded facilities. As we plan for future initiatives, we seek  a seasoned Major Gifts Officer with a successful track record in raising funds from major donors as well as a collaborative style to join our dynamic and growing 30-member Philanthropy Department. Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, he/she will be responsible for cultivating and soliciting a large portfolio of major donors and prospects. Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years of significant fundraising experience and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Raisers’ Edge a plus.
